Schagen Nes North

With a contest of ‘pile driving' between the mayor and the project municipal councilor on the 12th of April the construction of the residential neighbourhood Nes North in Schagen has finally started.

Nes North is an urban expansion area with in total 465 dwellings in three different quarters. The sale of dwellings in the first phase of the plan was launched in the summer of 2011 and has progressed smoothly despite of the crisis.

The urban plan and public space have been designed by HOSPER. In addition HOSPER also has supervision over the architecture.

Schagen Nes North
